Importance of English for getting a Job

English is a medium of communication. In the modern day world, communication is of utmost importance. Actually, communication had been important since the time humans first gained the power to use sign-language.

Now think of all the centuries that have passed by. Today, we are trading across the globe. Various nationalities speaking in various languages. Yet history has been a witness to the great domination of English throughout the world.

And so here we are. One of the largest spoken trading languages of the world is English.
As Indians, we are the second largest speaking English nation in the world. So, I guess it is quite clear by this very fact how important it is for the Indians to know English for better job opportunities in the country.
Leave aside jobs in our Country, in the globalised  and digitalised world of today, English is a mandatory language to communicate with different people in different country. It has become a common platform.

In Job Interviews, usage of wrong English as such:

 creates negative impression about the candidate.
Even speaking in wrong English will turn you into a laughing stock among Friends and Family.

Thus, it is mandatory to learn to speak proper English to secure chances of getting highly paid jobs in the world.

Is it really important to keep resolutions for New Year!

RESOLUTION means "a commitment" towards something; a decision which firmly determines the Do s and Don't s of an individual. New Year indicates a new beginning and people across the globe celebrates it heartily in whatever means possible. 
In the hubbub of global market when people are mostly materialistic and they are leading a hectic schedule to overcome their desire to get the best and be the best, what is better than a New Year resolution to keep them going!
Resolutions come in varieties. It depends on the interests and the goals that the individual aspires to achieve. For example, for my neighbour, the Resolution can be buying a new car. On the other hand, my resolution can be to become fitter this year. So you see, that it varies from person to person.
My question is how important is it to keep a New Year's Resolution?
Firstly, there are many people who do not believe in keeping any sort of Resolution as they either can't keep it up through the passing times or maybe it is just their own personal choices.
I believe that keeping resolutions are fun!
Resolutions help us to keep our goals in mind. In addition to it, devising resolutions make you think what you need to prioritize for a certain amount of time (which normally we overlook due to the busy lives that we lead). Yes, I agree that there should be no particular time for keeping resolutions, but better still, the beginning of the year ushers in a new zeal which keeps us going.

And till then, a piece of advice.
If you succeeded in keeping up what you were resolute about, it's Great. But then again, don't feel low if you could not do justice to your New Year resolution last year. Buck up and make new plans.
